Assistant: Corporate Clients

What can you expect?

• Support of team clients and handling of basic and general daily business
• Solution-oriented, physical and telephone advice for corporate clients in the areas of basic products, payment transactions, liquidity and financing
• Active support of advisors in administrative tasks: preparation and opening of new clients, product openings (accounts, savings, financing, investments)
• Accompaniment to client visits including preparation and follow-up
• Independent processing and answering of written and telephone client enquiries
• Needs identification and referral of clients to the responsible specialist advisors
• Assumption of representative tasks at corporate client events and market development measures

What do you bring with you?

• Completed banking training
• Initial experience in corporate client business is an advantage
• Team-oriented, flexible and entrepreneurial personality with pronounced customer orientation, negotiation skills and confident appearance
• Analytical skills as well as precise and reliable working method
• High willingness to learn in a dynamic working environment
