Social Service
In our wards, the social service is an integral part of the interprofessional treatment team. It offers patients advice and assistance with social issues such as housing, work, daily structure, finances, and social insurance, involving the social environment.
Your Tasks
Social workers identify, define, and highlight social problems and work closely with the respective treatment teams. The individually tailored therapy offered on the wards is specifically aimed at reintegrating patients into their old or newly structured circumstances. The focus is on networking with institutions in the field of ageing, relatives, and specialist agencies, as well as finding suitable follow-up solutions.
Your Profile
For this demanding role, we are looking for a professional with a Bachelor’s degree in social work who can operate professionally within an interdisciplinary team. You bring a high level of professional and personal competence in social-psychiatric work, resilience, flexibility, humour, and a particular interest in interprofessional teamwork. Experience working with older adults and relevant networks are advantageous.
