Network Engineer (m/f/d)

Role:
In this role, you take responsibility for the stable, secure, and high-performance operation of the network environment. You plan, configure, and maintain network components and ensure that all systems communicate reliably with each other. You also analyse and resolve faults, continuously optimise the network infrastructure, and professionally implement security and availability requirements. As an experienced professional, you contribute your expertise to the further development of the network architecture and ensure that technical standards are consistently adhered to.
Responsibilities:
You install, configure, and operate LAN, WLAN, and WAN infrastructures
In this role, you maintain, monitor, and optimise existing network environments
As a network engineer, you analyse network faults and resolve them
You participate in network and security projects
In this role, you build modern network solutions for clients and support them
Qualifications:
You have experience with switching, routing, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and WLAN
You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner
You have experience with network monitoring, documentation, and structured troubleshooting
You enjoy direct contact with customers
You hold a category B driving licence and are willing to undertake customer assignments throughout Switzerland
You communicate very well in German
(As a nice to have, you understand and speak good French and/or Italian)
