Customer Advisor Telecommunications (80-100%) - Inbound
Your tasks
- Receiving and processing incoming customer enquiries
- Customer-oriented advice on products and services
- Handling administrative matters and billing enquiries
- Identifying sales opportunities as well as active up- and cross-selling
- Receiving and processing faults in 1st-level support
- Careful documentation and recording of customer conversations
You bring with you
- Initial professional experience in customer service, sales or technical support is an advantage
- Enjoyment of customer contact as well as strong communication skills
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good understanding of Swiss German (mandatory)
- Good PC and advanced IT user skills
- Technical understanding and interest in telecommunications
- Sales and advisory affinity
- Finesse in dealing with demanding customer situations
- Reliable, flexible and team-oriented working style
- Quick comprehension and high willingness to learn

Framework conditions
- Workload: 80–100 %
- Location: Tägerwilen
- Working hours: Monday to Saturday between 08:00 and 20:00
- 100% availability is required during the 7-week training phase
