Your area of responsibility:
- You accompany the entire recruitment process – from job posting to contract conclusion.
- You coordinate entries, exits and other administrative personnel processes.
- You are the contact person for employees and managers on personnel matters.
- You coordinate sickness and accident absences as well as communication with insurance companies.
- You maintain and check personnel data, absences and time recording.
- You support managers in difficult personnel discussions.
- You are primarily responsible for payroll accounting.
- You support us in marketing, whether for employees or the company as a whole.
- Depending on workload and experience, you can take on further administrative tasks as part of the admin team.

What you bring with you:
- You are a communicative, trustworthy and responsible personality and always handle sensitive information discreetly.
- You have several years of experience in human resources in a versatile HR role.
- You have good knowledge of Swiss labour law and relevant social insurances.
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and further training in human resources or have acquired the corresponding expertise through many years of practical experience.
- You work independently, carefully and in a structured manner and keep an overview even with several simultaneous tasks.
- You communicate clearly and appreciatively and remain calm even in difficult personnel situations.
- You have native-level German skills and very good English skills, both spoken and written.
- You have very good knowledge of Windows & Office and can quickly familiarise yourself with new IT programmes. You have an impeccable reputation.
