To support our Human Resources department, we are looking for a committed HR Business Partner 60-80% (m/f/d) from 1 December 2026 or by arrangement.
As an HR Business Partner, you are the central contact person for managers and employees on all personnel-related matters. During an exciting transformation phase, you will accompany the development of a modern HR business partnering approach within Uroviva and Affidea Switzerland. You combine strategic advice with a pragmatic hands-on mentality and actively contribute to the further development of our organisation, leadership culture and HR processes. You accompany the organisation throughout the entire employee life cycle and actively shape changes.
Your main tasks include
- Advising and coaching managers and employees on all HR-related issues
- Supporting and coaching managers in organisational changes, leadership questions and the development of their teams
- Managing the entire employee life cycle from recruitment through development measures to departure
- Operational involvement in day-to-day HR activities, including HR administration, drafting employment contracts and maintaining regulations
- Supporting payroll processing and ensuring correct payroll handling during the transition phase
- Building and maintaining trusting relationships with managers, employees and internal stakeholders
- Contributing to the harmonisation and further development of HR policies, employment contracts as well as pension and employment conditions
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and personnel development processes
- Active participation in change, integration and transformation projects
- Supporting year-end tasks as well as HR-related reporting and evaluations
- Co-designing and continuously optimising HR processes and tools
- Actively supporting the transformation of the HR operating model as well as the further development of roles, processes and responsibilities within the integration into the Affidea HR structure
- Promoting a collaborative partnership with central HR functions and shared services to introduce standardised and scalable HR processes
Your profile
You are a committed and pragmatic HR professional who can think strategically and also get involved operationally. You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment and appreciate taking responsibility.
- Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist or HR Manager
- Experience in companies with multiple locations or in a decentralised organisational structure is an advantage
- Sound knowledge of Swiss labour law
- Experience in healthcare or a comparable service industry is an advantage
- Proven hands-on experience in operational HR including administration and payroll
- Strong advisory and coaching skills in dealing with managers
- Very good German skills as well as good English skills for communication within an international corporate group
- High social competence, empathy and a professional appearance
- Trustworthy personality with a strong sense of responsibility, loyalty and discretion
- Independent, solution-oriented and proactive working style
- Enjoyment in actively shaping and implementing changes
- Experience in or strong interest in transformation and change projects as well as in the further development of modern HR organisations
