Your tasks:
- Leading and further developing the HR team as well as overall responsibility for Human Resources Management
- Strategic development of the HR area and active participation in shaping the corporate strategy as a member of the executive board
- Advising and supporting the executive board, managers and employees in all HR and labour law matters
- Further development and optimisation of HR processes, tools and framework conditions
- Active participation in shaping the corporate culture and strengthening our employer attractiveness
- Accompanying and shaping transformation and change processes within the company
- Initiating and implementing HR and organisational development projects
- Overall responsibility for vocational training including support for apprentices and assistance to trainers
- Ensuring professional and efficient HR administration as well as coordinating social insurance and participating in monthly payroll processing
Your profile:
- Completed higher education in the HR field, for example HR specialist with appropriate further training or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in a responsible HR role, ideally in an SME
- Leadership experience and pronounced entrepreneurial and strategic thinking
- Experience in accompanying change and transformation processes
- Sound knowledge of Swiss labour law and social insurance system
- Enjoyment of vocational training and working with apprentices
- High social competence, strong communication and advisory skills
- Independent, solution-oriented and pragmatic working style
- Very good German skills as well as good English skills; French skills an advantage
