- Unite all managers and collaborators in the region to create a dynamic and engaging work environment
- Ensure the development of the team by providing continuous support to foster their professional growth
- Be a strategic advisor for the team, intervening as needed to overcome operational challenges
- Define and implement the strategy aimed at the long-term growth of the region
- Initiate and lead projects to improve performance and customer satisfaction
- Implement ISS objectives to guarantee exceptional service delivery
- Actively manage client relationships and ensure their sustainable development
- Serve as an ambassador of ISS to clients in the Geneva region
- Ensure the proper development of the client portfolio by identifying and capitalising on new opportunities
- Act as a mediator when necessary to guarantee customer satisfaction
- Be responsible for achieving the objectives set by ISS Switzerland and Romandy
- Define and adhere to budgets allocated to the region
- Monitor monthly financial results, control and analyse costs
- Implement actions to improve the profitability and financial efficiency of the region

- Holder of a university degree in management
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a management position with a strong customer focus
- Excellent professional network, ideally in the Facility Management sector
- Perfect command of French, very good knowledge of English and/or German is a strong asset
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal ease
- Open-minded personality, with strong resilience to challenges
- Comfortable in complex, changing and demanding environments
- Strong appetite for dynamic professional contexts
- Constructive approach to the inherent fluctuations of the sector
- Excellent analytical, synthesis and perspective-taking skills
- High stress resistance
