We are a successful and innovative family business with around 120 employees. As a technical wholesaler based in Aarau, we operate in the fields of hose technology, hydraulics and drive technology.

To strengthen our ServiceCenter team, we are looking for a motivated personality as

Technical Sales Advisor ServiceCenter 80 - 100% (all)

Your main tasks

• Responsible for competent and solution-oriented customer advice at our counter in the ServiceCenter
• Independent picking as well as execution of goods issue and double checks to ensure delivery quality
• Creation of workshop orders and support of the sales office in processing collection orders
• Support in complaint management as well as processing of returns and warranty cases according to internal processes
• Maintenance and ensuring order and overview in the sales rooms to promote a professional appearance
• Taking on additional tasks in the team during low customer frequency to support adjacent areas
• Willingness to manually assemble hydraulic hoses if required
   

Your profile

• Completed technical, commercial or retail basic training (EFZ), ideally with professional experience in spare parts sales or in a technical environment (machinery, automotive, agricultural or construction machinery sector)
• Enjoyment of customer contact as well as a confident manner with pronounced negotiation skills
• Process-oriented thinking as well as good administrative skills and IT affinity
• Independent, reliable and team-oriented personality with a positive attitude
• Resilient and flexible working style in a dynamic environment
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
