For our further expansion in sales, we are looking for a reliable, communicative and organised individual who competently supports our customers and ensures smooth order processing together with internal teams.

These are your tasks:

• Coordination between customers, production, product management, logistics and team leadership
• Creation, processing and follow-up of quotations and customer orders
• Telephone and written support of our customers
• Ensuring timely and high-quality order processing
• Maintenance of customer, article and order data in the CRM as well as creation of evaluations
• Handling complaints and developing customer-oriented solutions
• Supporting the Key Account Manager in daily business and customer meetings

This is what you bring:

• Completed commercial training
• Professional experience in customer support, internal sales or B2B sales
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Excellent communication and consulting skills as well as confident appearance
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
• Organisational talent and confident handling of CRM systems and MS Office
• Very good German skills as well as high social competence and empathy
