Your impact
- Consulting and support of emergency organisations in the field of security, protection and rescue (police, fire brigade, rescue services, civil protection, civil defence, command staffs and authorities) on strategic, organisational and operational issues – at federal, cantonal and municipal levels.
- Management and control of projects and transformation initiatives for rescue and emergency organisations, especially in cross-organisational constellations with high demands on coordination, reliability and impact.
- Analysis and further development of collaboration and deployment structures (e.g. command organisations, training and deployment organisations, emergency control centres as well as interfaces between BORS partners) to improve performance in everyday life as well as in special and extraordinary situations.
- Design and implementation of digitalisation and innovation projects in the BORS context, for example in the areas of deployment support, situation picture, communication or process automation.
- Active shaping and further development of our service offering in the field of security, protection and rescue, especially through deepening and advancing relevant topics such as resilience, crisis management, staff training and cross-organisational collaboration.
- Building, maintaining and targeted expansion of your network in the BORS environment as well as participation in acquisition and positioning of CSP as a competent partner in the security sector.
Your skill set
- Several years of experience (approx. 5 years or more) in consulting and/or project management – ideally in the public sector, BORS environment or in state-related organisations. Experience in the environment of police, fire brigade, rescue services, civil protection, civil defence, army or other security-related organisations is an advantage (see our core industries ).
- Sound understanding of emergency and rescue organisations and their specific challenges, processes and stakeholders as well as a strong network with the ability to use it purposefully for market development, acquisition and positioning of CSP in the security environment.
- An academic degree at university or university of applied sciences level is an advantage but not a requirement. What matters is expertise, experience and proven impact in practice.
- Affinity for digitalisation, IT and artificial intelligence as well as interest in their application in the public sector.
- Experience in conceptual, strategic, consulting and operational activities, e.g. moderating workshops, preparing target group-oriented analyses and reports as well as developing strategies and implementation roadmaps.
