The Younger & Agogics nursing department offers around 13 younger people in need of care a residential and day structure.
The Regional Care Centre Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialised professional nursing and care in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) will be comprehensively modernised in the coming years through new construction and renovations and supplemented with 86 new retirement apartments.
For the RPB location in Baden, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a competent, reliable and committed person as a Qualified Nursing Specialist HF / FH (m/f/d).

This is how you support us:
- You ensure the nursing and care of our residents within the framework of primary nursing, which includes professional and evidence-based care
- You take into account the resources of the residents, their biographies and individual needs in nursing and care
- You support the younger people in shaping their day as independently and actively as possible
- In addition to nursing activities, you also carry out medical-technical measures
- You take on the daily responsibility
- You carefully maintain the nursing documentation
This is how you convince us:
- You have completed training as a qualified nursing specialist HF / FH or an equivalent recognised qualification, preferably with several years of professional experience
- You have experience in the long-term care sector and dealing with younger people in need of care
- You are interested in a combination of nursing and agogic tasks
- You are familiar with RAI-NH
- You are an empathetic, innovative, flexible and cheerful personality with a solution-oriented way of thinking and acting
