Cloud-based workplaces do not arise at the push of a button but through clean engineering. This is exactly where your work as a Microsoft Modern Work Engineer begins. You build tenant structures, connect collaboration services sensibly, and keep operations stable. You take on projects independently or together with experienced colleagues. You continuously expand your technical foundation around Microsoft 365 (M365).
Responsibilities:
You gather technical requirements from customers and translate them into actionable solution designs
You implement permission concepts, governance settings, and security policies in the tenant
Furthermore, you maintain existing installations, make adjustments, and optimise configurations
You develop collaboration structures with SharePoint Online and integrate adjacent services
This also includes building forms and automations using low-code tools
Additionally, you test new features, assess their benefits, and document the results technically accurately
Qualifications:
You have completed a basic IT education and additional certifications
You are proficient with Windows clients, from deployment to troubleshooting
You are familiar with services around Exchange Online and their interaction in mail flow
You apply modern workplace technologies such as Microsoft Teams practically
Initial experience with PowerShell helps you automate recurring tasks
You express yourself clearly in German and can easily read technical documents in English
