For this versatile position, we are looking for a personality with sound banking knowledge and an interest in technical issues. The role is suitable both for banking professionals with an IT affinity and for experienced application support or application management specialists from the banking environment.

Your tasks

• Operation and further development of banking applications and surrounding systems
• Support of our client banks in professional and technical matters
• Analysis and resolution of malfunctions as well as implementation of new requirements
• Testing, coordination and support of releases
• Participation in projects and in the further development of our services
• Close collaboration with departments, clients and IT specialists

Your profile

• Sound banking knowledge in the areas of Investment Management & Stock Exchange, Customer & Channels, Financing & Accounting or Payments
• Experience with Finnova or a comparable core banking system
• Practical experience in operation, support or application management of banking applications
• Knowledge of SQL/PL-SQL is an advantage
• Analytical and solution-oriented thinking
• High customer orientation, team spirit and enjoyment of working at the interface between banking and IT
