• Processing the financial compensations of the canton to the municipalities in the field of social welfare as well as providing professional advice to the municipalities in this regard
• Monitoring of cost-intensive social welfare cases in connection with the municipal financial equalisation of burdens and corresponding advice to the municipalities
• Various administrative tasks, such as mail processing, management of general e-mail inboxes, telephone service and minute-taking
• Accompanying and supporting the commercial trainee in the 2nd year of apprenticeship

What you bring:

• A completed commercial or equivalent education as well as the willingness to attend a practical training course
• Several years of experience in administration and accounting
• Very good IT skills
• A quick grasp as well as an independent and reliable way of working
• Team spirit, resilience and flexibility

It is the appeals authority in the field of social welfare and supports the municipalities in implementing their family and senior citizen policies. In doing so, we work closely with other administrative offices, municipalities, other cantons, the federal government and third-party organisations.
