• You independently and qualitatively handle the diverse business cases in the area of active insured persons of our collective foundations and ensure correct, efficient and timely processing.
• You competently advise insured persons and employers on pension topics and support them with complex questions regarding occupational pensions.
• You independently and efficiently handle demanding written and telephone enquiries from clients, thereby contributing significantly to high customer satisfaction.
• You actively participate in projects, contribute your own ideas and support the further development of our services and processes.
• Depending on commitment, interest and development, you gradually take on personal specialist responsibility and position yourself as an internal expert.

What you bring with you

• Solid experience in occupational pensions, ideally in the environment of collective foundations
• Professional further training such as the Social Insurance Specialist Certificate or Occupational Pension Specialist is an advantage
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style as well as motivation to take responsibility and actively shape specialist topics
• Very good German skills as well as good French and/or English skills are an advantage
