Represented in Romandy and German-speaking Switzerland, the Centre Patronal is a company serving businesses and the private sector. It offers services particularly in the areas of social insurance, occupational pension schemes, legal and economic advice, as well as training.

As part of the further development of its activities, the Centre Patronal has integrated Trianon AG, a company specialising in human resources management and pension fund administration.

To strengthen our team in the pension fund administration area in Zurich, we are looking for a committed individual as a Pension Services Officer (m/f).

Your tasks

• Independent management or collaboration in the management of connections to collective foundations
• Administrative and technical management of autonomous pension funds
• Processing all business transactions such as changes and benefit cases
• Competent support and advice for clients and insured persons
• Preparation and handling of correspondence with insured persons, personnel departments, payroll accounting, as well as reinsurance and social insurance partners
• Close cooperation with internal and external contacts
• Participation in the preparation of annual financial statements
• Ensuring a high-quality and customer-oriented service

Your profile

• Completed commercial basic training; professional certificate in occupational benefits or social insurance is an advantage
• At least 3 years of professional experience in pension fund administration
• Good knowledge of occupational benefits (BVG/LPP)
• Confident use of Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel
• Customer-oriented, communicative and responsible personality
• Independent, structured and reliable working style
• Team player with enjoyment in contact with various stakeholders
• Fluent German; French, Italian or English are an advantage
