Role:
In this role, you design customised space, construction, and service solutions within a demanding real estate portfolio at central locations in Switzerland. You work with a focus on the duality of investment and operational properties, especially for special objects in the fields of aviation, defence technologies, and highly secure infrastructures. With your holistic view of the entire real estate lifecycle, you ensure that space solutions and operator services create optimal conditions for business success. You use digital solutions and focus on sustainable value creation. Through your professional conduct, you shape long-term relationships with demanding stakeholders and contribute to the highest professionalism in a complex environment.
Responsibilities:
You are the central contact point for all GRC topics at the interface between the group, RUAG Real Estate, and external providers
In this role, you are responsible for the specialist roles of information security, data protection, trade compliance, business continuity management (BCM), and risk
As Senior GRC Manager, you operate and further develop the ISMS, ensure basic protection, and monitor internal as well as external providers regarding SLAs and compliance requirements
You coordinate GRC initiatives as project manager, align with the group, track regulatory developments, and review and develop local directives
In this role, you manage the entire risk process, identify and assess business and IT risks, conduct risk reviews, and maintain the risk system of RUAG Real Estate
As GRC Manager, you prepare target group-appropriate status reports and dashboards, conduct awareness campaigns, and prepare internal and external audits
Qualifications:
- You have a completed degree in business informatics, business administration, law, or a comparable field
- You have several years of professional experience in documenting processes or controls as well as in participating in or leading projects, ideally in a regulatory environment
- You bring a solid understanding of IT security and data protection, preferably with knowledge of the revised data protection law
- You have experience in risk management as well as in creating and further developing policies and frameworks according to ISO 27001 or NIST
- You are characterised by a quick grasp, an independent, structured, and precise way of working, as well as high digital competence with an affinity for GRC software solutions and MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- You communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders and have very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
