For over 200 years, GVZ Building Insurance Canton Zurich has insured all buildings in the Canton of Zurich against fire and natural hazard damage and is committed to protecting people, animals and property through prevention and intervention. With our commitment to fire protection, natural hazard prevention and the fire brigades, we ensure greater safety in the Canton of Zurich.
For our insurance department, we are looking for immediate support until the end of May 2027 to relieve the administration of the currently numerous damage enquiries and reports.
KTZH - TEMPORARY DAMAGE SUPPORT INTERNAL SERVICE 80-100%
How you can contribute with us
- Answering telephone enquiries and relieving customer service
- Processing various customer enquiries by e-mail and telephone
- General administrative tasks related to the handling of damage reports
- Mutations and data processing in the damage processing system
What you bring with you
- Initial experience in the administrative field, insurance experience an advantage
- High service orientation, resilience and flexibility
- Quick comprehension and friendly interaction with customers (phone, e-mail)
- Very good IT affinity (e.g. handling MS Office)
- Open-minded, helpful and committed personality
- Very good oral and written German skills mandatory
