Claims Manager UVG/KTG (50-100%)

In this responsible position, you will independently handle claims in the area of UVG and/or KTG. If you want to apply your expertise in a dynamic environment, take active responsibility, and help shape the future of our claims processes, you are exactly right with us!

Your tasks

• Claims assessment and claims processing in the area of accident insurance (UVG) and/or daily sickness benefits (KTG)

• Comprehensive case management from notification to completion

• Evaluation of benefit claims

• Coordination with IV offices, trusted doctors, recourse specialists and other partners

• Collaboration with internal and external specialist departments

• Ensuring efficient and customer-oriented case processing

• Participation in the optimisation of processes and systems

Your profile 

We are looking for a person with basic training in the commercial or medical field.

• Experience in claims processing for personal insurance

• Sound knowledge in the area of UVG and/or KTG

• Affinity for IT applications and system-supported processes

• Independent, structured and responsible way of working

• High personal responsibility, flexibility and teamwork skills

• French and/or English language skills
