IT Platform Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF84,500 - 91,000Rocken® specialises in recruiting talents and experts in IT platform development. Responsibilities:
Technical Support: You support customers remotely or on-site with IT problems and questions regarding their systems
Fault Analysis & Problem Solving: You investigate technical errors and develop sustainable solutions
Knowledge Management: You document recurring faults and create clear instructions for users
Project Responsibility: You accompany customer projects from conception to successful implementation
System Administration: You install, configure and maintain Microsoft client and server solutions as well as virtual infrastructures with VMware
Qualifications:
Education & Experience: You have completed IT training at university of applied sciences level or have several years of practical experience as an IT administrator
Microsoft Know-how: You are proficient in handling Windows, Exchange, SQL Server and common Office applications
Virtualisation Expertise: You have solid knowledge of VMware and are well acquainted with virtual infrastructures
Language Skills: You communicate confidently and flawlessly in German – both spoken and written
