We are looking for a committed individual for our property management team in Zurich, starting immediately or by arrangement, as:

Property Management Clerk (M/F/D) 100%

YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Together with an experienced property manager, responsibility for managing an interesting and varied property portfolio
• Organisation and conduct of viewing appointments, obtaining tenant references, preparation of tenancy contract documents, and processing incoming terminations
• Responsible for creating and placing advertisements and supporting the preparation of monthly reports as well as invoice verification
• Daily contact with tenants, craftsmen, and facility management

YOUR STRENGTHS AND EXPERIENCE

• Commercial basic training or equivalent
• Experience as a property management clerk
• Confident German; spoken and written, good English skills
• Communicative organisational talent
• Precise and independent working style
• Motivated, flexible, and reliable personality
• Good manners and enjoyment in dealing with people as well as team spirit
