Department:DDTEEntity :Bridges and Roads Service (SPCH) - Support and Multimodality Office (OSMO)Activities :As a mobility specialist, you participate in the implementation of road development projects. You develop preliminary designs and analyze projects led by the SPCH. In coordination with road project managers and technicians, you contribute to integrating pedestrian and bicycle mobility facilities into construction, redevelopment, and maintenance projects. You collaborate in the planning of cantonal and municipal road developments and advise municipalities on the implementation of traffic calming zones in localities, ensuring the quality and safety of the planned road developments. You coordinate and plan the implementation and monitoring of passive road safety devices, while collaborating in the analysis and preparation of reports for building permit applications. Finally, you manage and monitor contractors on technical and financial levels.Desired profile :With a degree as an EPF or HES mobility engineer, you have more than three years of experience in the mobility field. You have a good knowledge of the standards and legislation in force in the field of road development and master perfectly the computer tools related to the activity field. You show initiative and prioritize tasks, while appreciating both autonomy and teamwork. Your ability to propose innovative solutions is a real asset for the position. You also stand out for your writing skills, rigor, and excellent sense of responsibility.
