- Support and further development of servers, networks, applications and security solutions
- Participation in IT projects and technical developments, approximately 40%
- Support of employees in 1st and 2nd level support, approximately 60%
- Sustainable analysis and resolution of technical faults as well as derivation of improvement measures
- Administration and further development of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online and Microsoft Defender
- Support of hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructures
- Active participation in automation, digitalisation and future AI topics
- Further education as a certified IT specialist HF or comparable further education at HF/FH level
- Several years of professional experience in IT support and system engineering
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online and Microsoft Defender
- Good knowledge in the areas of Windows Server, network, security and hybrid IT infrastructures
- Independent, structured and distinctly service-oriented working style
- Fluent German skills at level C2 as well as very good English skills at level B2
- Driving licence category B
- High personal responsibility and direct influence on the further development of internal IT
- Modern Microsoft cloud and on-premises environment

Responsibilities
- Ensuring stable IT operations for applications, systems, hardware and telephony- Support and further development of servers, networks, applications and security solutions
- Participation in IT projects and technical developments, approximately 40%
- Support of employees in 1st and 2nd level support, approximately 60%
- Sustainable analysis and resolution of technical faults as well as derivation of improvement measures
- Administration and further development of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online and Microsoft Defender
- Support of hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructures

Profile
- Completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist EFZ platform development, formerly system technology- Further education as a certified IT specialist HF or comparable further education at HF/FH level
- Several years of professional experience in IT support and system engineering
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online and Microsoft Defender
- Good knowledge in the areas of Windows Server, network, security and hybrid IT infrastructures
- Independent, structured and distinctly service-oriented working style
- Fluent German skills at level C2 as well as very good English skills at level B2
