To strengthen our team, we are looking for a position at the location in Rüti bei Büren:

Clerk Service Centre "Hygiene" 100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Processing and handling customer enquiries and orders - from quotation preparation through quotation follow-up to order entry in the ERP system;

• Creating quotations and regular follow-up;

• Providing technical information for orders and customer enquiries;

• Monitoring and managing the stock of hygiene products - setting minimum stock levels, reordering products, coordinating goods replenishment as well as direct deliveries to the customer;

• Maintaining price lists and customer master data in the CRM and ERP system;

• Handling customer complaints;

• Performing the administrative tasks arising in the service centre.

You bring with you:

• Completed commercial basic training or equivalent education;

• Professional experience in internal sales or customer service;

• Very good German skills as well as good French skills in spoken and written form;

• Good MS Office skills and experience with an ERP system;

• Negotiation skills, assertiveness as well as a sense for logistical and commercial aspects;

• Team spirit, enjoyment in dealing with external and internal stakeholders, reliability, flexibility,independence and an exact way of working.
