About the job

Main tasks:

  • Analysis of annual financial statements and company key figures
  • Creation of financial models as well as company valuations (DCF, multiples and comparative analyses)
  • Conducting financial due diligence
  • Support of M&A transactions (buy-side and sell-side)
  • Preparation of term sheets, information memoranda and client reports
  • Analysis and normalisation of EBITDA
  • Preparation of analyses, presentations and financial opinions
  • Collaboration with banks, auditors, lawyers and authorities
  • Advising clients in the areas of corporate finance, corporate structuring and investment decisions
  • Participation in client and business meetings in Switzerland and abroad

Job profile:

  • Completed university degree (Master or higher) in finance, banking or economics
  • At least five years of professional experience in corporate finance, M&A, investment banking, financial analysis, valuation or financial due diligence
  • Proven experience in supporting M&A transactions
  • Very good knowledge of financial modelling and company valuation
  • Knowledge of the Swiss financial and regulatory environment is an advantage
  • German at C1 level as well as English at B2 level; Spanish and Russian at B2 level are an advantage
  • Driving licence category B
  • Willingness to travel regularly for business at home and abroad
  • Analytical, structured and independent working style with a strong customer orientation as well as impeccable professional reputation
