IT Specialist in the Support Area
The unit "Customer & IT Services" is the first point of contact for all users and ensures an efficient fault resolution process as well as the operation of the electronic workplace.
- Collaboration in the Client Expert Team - central interface between end-user support and client engineering;
- Responsibility for bank-wide software distributions, patch management, and the planning as well as rollout of Windows release cycles to ensure a secure and stable electronic workplace.
- IT Service Desk & 1st-Level Support - competent advice and solution-oriented support for IT concerns;
- Provision & administration of electronic workplaces - from desktop and notebook to printers and smart devices;
- Operational activities related to the electronic workplace, unified communication, and smart devices;
- Participation and assumption of specialist responsibility in various IT specialist areas.
- At least 2 years of experience in enterprise client management (companies with 200+ employees);
- Sound knowledge in software distribution, patch management, and Windows release management;
- Confident handling of Windows client systems, Microsoft Office, and common messaging solutions;
- Practical experience in 1st-level end-user support (ticket processing, telephone and on-site support);
- Experience with automated deployment tools and ITSM processes (ITIL);
- Strong customer and communication skills.
