Your Tasks
- Ensuring the stable and secure operation as well as support of our clinical information system KISIM and our dictation solutions Winscribe/Dragon Medical One.
- Responsibility for the support and continuous development of the assigned applications in close coordination with the specialist departments.
- Recording, analysing and evaluating professional requirements as well as developing and implementing suitable IT solutions.
- Planning and coordinating changes, releases, tests and approvals.
- Taking on project and subproject management for the functional development and integration of new solutions and technologies.
- Participating in the evaluation and introduction of new technologies, for example AI-based extensions.
- Involvement in the on-call service for business-critical clinical applications.
Your Profile
- Completed training in medical informatics, computer science or a comparable qualification; alternatively, a basic medical or nursing education with a strong IT affinity and corresponding experience.
- Good knowledge of clinical processes and basic medical topics as well as ideally experience in the Swiss healthcare system.
- Several years of experience in application management or in the operation and further development of specialist applications is an advantage.
- Good understanding of application architectures, interfaces, data flows and the interrelationships of complex IT system landscapes.
- Strong ability to understand, structure and translate professional requirements into targeted IT solutions.
- Communicative and assertive personality with a strong service and process understanding.
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style as well as a high quality and sense of responsibility.
- Willingness to take responsibility for the assigned applications and to act in a solution-oriented manner even in demanding operational situations.
