Modern Workplace Specialist - Microsoft Cloud (m/f/d)

Role:
Do you combine technical know-how with a sense for efficient work processes? Then this role offers the opportunity to design modern workplace solutions, intelligently network cloud services, and combine security standards with a positive user experience. The focus is on scalable solutions, smart automation, and a future-proof digital work environment.
Responsibilities:
Further development of an integrated modern workplace strategy based on Microsoft 365
Design of efficient collaboration solutions with Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive
Establishment of standardised device configurations and automated deployment processes with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
Implementation of zero-trust principles, role-based permissions and context-dependent access controls
Development of automated workflows with Power Automate and, if necessary, Power Apps
Optimisation of user management, licensing and access processes within the Microsoft ecosystem
Introduction of security policies for end devices, cloud applications and sensitive company data
Analysis of usage data, support cases and operational metrics for continuous improvement of the workplace environment
Planning and support of technology rollouts, migrations and functional expansions
Evaluation of new Microsoft features and development of practical solution approaches for digital work processes
Qualifications:
Experience with Microsoft 365, modern workplace or cloud-based workplace technology
Good knowledge of endpoint management, Microsoft Intune and Windows client architectures
Understanding of identity and access management with Microsoft Entra ID
Practical experience with Teams, SharePoint Online or comparable collaboration services
Knowledge of PowerShell, Power Automate or API-based integrations
Interest in cloud security, zero trust, automated device management and modern user provisioning
Independent working style, solution-oriented thinking and enthusiasm for technological advancement
Ability to translate technical requirements into robust, maintainable and user-friendly solutions
