The Bruggerhorn beach with its campsite is a recreational oasis for young and old alike. An idyllic natural lake with a large sunbathing lawn invites you to swim and linger. The outdoor pool also features two stainless steel pools with paddling pools for toddlers and a pool. The very well frequented campsite is connected to the summer pool.
We are looking for a responsible leader for the 2027 season for the family-friendly beach and campsite in St. Margrethen.
Start date: 1 March 2027 or by arrangement. Your employment is permanent.
HR Manager (80 - 100 %)
In this key position to be further developed, you will take responsibility for the personnel management of the municipality. You will actively shape the further development of modern HR management and be an important contact person for employees, managers and political committees.
Your tasks
- Responsibility for all HR matters within the municipality
- Responsibility for recruitment, personnel administration and personnel development
- Ensuring smooth payroll processing including social security and year-end tasks
- Advising and supporting employees and managers throughout the entire HR lifecycle
- Supporting the municipal president and the municipal council in strategic and operational personnel matters
- Developing and implementing modern HR tools and projects
- Promoting a appreciative corporate culture and sustainable employee retention
Your profile
- Completed advanced training in Human Resources (e.g. federally certified HR specialist or comparable qualification)
- Professional experience in personnel management or a comparable function
- Sound knowledge of personnel and payroll administration
- Strong communication and advisory skills
- Trustworthiness, discretion and social competence
- Enjoyment in further developing processes and building new things
- Proficient use of modern HR and IT systems (e.g. Abacus)
