Payroll & HR Specialist, 60-100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Together with the local HR managers, you are the first point of contact for employees and managers of the Ticino Business Unit Rapelli - ORIOR Food AG in all matters relating to payroll and social security.
- You maintain and manage personnel data in our HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, UKA etc.) and ensure high data quality.
- You independently carry out the monthly payroll processing and are responsible for the year-end tasks as well as the associated account reconciliations.
- You manage the entire social security system as well as withholding tax – from registrations and deregistrations to family allowances and accident and daily sickness benefits notifications – and liaise with insurance companies, authorities and offices.
- You support payroll processing for other business units as part of deputising and thus contribute to smooth payroll operations within the ORIOR group.
- You work closely with local HR managers as well as internal and external parties and support the team management with administrative tasks and projects.
- You actively contribute to the further optimisation and digitalisation of our HR and payroll processes.
Your profile
- Very good German and Italian skills, both spoken and written.
- Commercial basic training with further education in Human Resources/social security/accounting.
- At least two years of professional experience in Swiss payroll processing and social security.
- Good knowledge of Swiss social security and labour law.
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors; knowledge of SAP HCM is an advantage.
- Experience in account reconciliations is an advantage.
- Strong affinity for numbers as well as a careful and precise working style.
- High IT affinity and enthusiasm for digital processes and HR systems.
- Structured, independent and reliable working style with a strong service and team orientation.
