The IV Office of the Canton of Bern is undergoing change and is focusing on a modern corporate and leadership culture. We want to align our actions more closely with the needs of our customers and advance digitalisation. To successfully implement this development, we are creating new positions and looking for committed employees who actively shape the change.

  • In the end, you ensure that pension entitlements are clarified quickly and in accordance with the law – with comprehensible decisions.

Which skills are important to us
  • You have a federal diploma as a social insurance specialist or are willing to complete this further training.
  • You are highly service-oriented and have already demonstrated this in the benefits area of social or personal insurance.
  • You like to take responsibility and seek personal contact.
  • Your training as a social insurance specialist with a federal diploma enables you to comprehensively understand situations and classify them legally correctly.
  • You organise yourself independently and efficiently.
  • In personal and written communication, you communicate clearly, understandably and transparently, which builds trust.
  • With your constructive and respectful behaviour, you contribute to a good team climate.
