The workload is distributed over 5 working days.

What are your tasks?

• You support the team of the Culture Funding Department and the processes in the commissions administratively and organisationally.
• You process applications administratively in all areas of culture funding.
• You have a proven strong interest in culture, work in a structured way and enjoy the mix of organisation, administration, advice and teamwork.
• You advise applicants, provide information, network and ensure the accessibility and availability of culture funding.
• You support and secure processes for the further development of the strategy and funding models in the individual sectors.
• You take on secretarial tasks such as: telephone service, creditor workflow, maintenance of websites and other administrative tasks.
• You organise team days and workshops and are the good soul of the department.

What do you bring with you?

• You have a completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
• You have experience in processing applications or requests.
• You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
• You have excellent IT skills.
• You enjoy telephoning and personal advice.
• You work independently, reliably and in a structured manner.
• You are interested in culture and keen to get to know and network the many cultural institutions and committed people in the canton of Basel-Landschaft and the Basel region.
