To strengthen our team, we are looking for a:

• Analyse the needs of municipal administrations and propose suitable solutions in the areas of resident control, land registry or local taxes.?
• Participate in all project phases: scoping, configuration, deployment, change management and evolutions.?
• Work closely with our support service to ensure the handling of requests and incidents as well as with our Development team to monitor the evolution of our municipal software.?
• Train, advise and support users to ensure the adoption of implemented solutions.?
• Knowledge of Innosolv City (a plus)?

• Higher education (university or University of Applied Sciences) in business IT or equivalent.?
• Analytical and synthesis skills to quickly understand business challenges and propose suitable solutions.?
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.?
• Organised, autonomous and responsible.?
• Experience in resident control, land registry or municipal tax areas.?
• Strong team spirit, enthusiasm for knowledge sharing and collaboration.?
• Knowledge in the field of taxes (a plus)?
