Dubat SA is an independent Swiss company, human-sized, specialising in the marketing of construction and renovation materials such as bathrooms, tiles, parquet flooring, wooden doors, paints, and hardware. Close to our customers, we are present on 5 sites: Yverdon-les-Bains, Bevaix, Chavornay, Villars-Ste-Croix, and Boudevilliers.
To strengthen our teams in Yverdon-les-Bains, we are looking immediately or by agreement for a
Internal Technical Sales Representative (100%) Materials Department
Your responsibilities
- Provide professional and private customer service
- Offer technical advice to our customers and propose solutions tailored to their needs
- Contribute to internal and external technical support
- Prepare quotes as well as supplier orders and ensure their follow-up
- Maintain and nurture relationships with specific suppliers
Your profile
- You have a solid commercial training and possess proven experience in the construction field
- You have several years of experience in sales
- A sense of hospitality and customer contact are among your main qualities
- You are proficient with common IT tools
- Dynamic and precise, you demonstrate great rigour in your work
- Persevering and proactive, you commit to meeting deadlines. Your priority is to guarantee the best quality of service to our customers
