To strengthen our team in the Facility & Security / Technical Services area, we are looking for a motivated and committed Team Leader, 100% immediately at the Hochdorf location.

• Ensuring smooth operation of building infrastructure and technical systems
• Optimising processes in facility management and security
• Leading the Facility & Security team in the absence of the supervisor in a dynamic logistics operation
• Co-responsibility for the entire cleaning and maintenance of conveyor systems, robots, gates, building services HVACSE etc.
• Implementation, planning, conducting training and monitoring of security concepts (access, video surveillance, fire protection, emergency management) KOBAS
• Organisation and management of external service providers (maintenance, cleaning, security services)
• Planning and coordination of maintenance work and repairs to minimise operational interruptions
• Ensuring compliance with legal regulations (occupational safety, EKAS, SUVA)

• Completed technical or craft training, preferably in mechanics or caretaking
• Further training as a caretaker / maintenance technician with a federal diploma is an advantage or willingness to obtain it
• Several years of professional experience in caretaking and/or technical systems
• Leadership experience is an advantage
• Good knowledge of occupational safety, fire protection and building technology
• Strong sense of responsibility and a "hands-on" mentality, happy to get physically and technically involved
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
• Structured, solution-oriented and resilient personality
• Good IT skills (MS Office, ideally maintenance or ticketing systems)
