Team Leader Residential Home Windspiel 50-80% (m/f/d)

We have reorganised and expanded our leadership team. To complete our dedicated team, we are looking for another leader who will drive the further development of our company together with us and bring new perspectives.

• Professional and personnel management of a team of 8–10 employees
• Planning, organisation and further development of a residential group
• Support of five users according to the principle of a good life and promotion of participation
• Collaboration in the management team of Residential Home Windspiel and active shaping of further development

• Completed studies in social work or curative education (B.A. / Diploma)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Experience working with adults with cognitive or multiple disabilities
• Teamwork skills, resource-oriented working method and resilience
• Leadership experience as well as a completed team leader course or willingness to undertake further training accordingly
• Willingness to work day shifts and a flexible working share
