• Independent project management as well as active steering and controlling of schedules, costs and building qualities of representative construction projects
• Taking on diverse tasks in the areas of project management and controlling of complex new build and refurbishment projects
• Accompanying and managing internal and external project participants
• Responsible for preparing offers and negotiating contracts
• Maintaining our key account customer base as well as expanding and acquiring new customers

• Completed studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture, real estate economics or a comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of professional experience as a project manager/client representative, including several years in Switzerland
• References in the public sector (school construction, administrative buildings) or in the life sciences industry
• A network in the Swiss construction industry as well as sound knowledge of Swiss building standards and regulations
