The Operations Excellence track connects Ypsomed's core operational processes with end-to-end business performance. Across four predefined rotations in Global Industrialization, Supply Chain Development, QA Operations and Product Management, you will explore how production capabilities, supply chain processes, quality and product requirements come together. You will develop an end-to-end understanding of our operations and contribute to initiatives that strengthen efficiency, quality and sustainable business growth.

Your rotations:

Global Industrialization – Contribute to international industrialization projects, the implementation of growth strategies and the development of new production facilities.

Supply Chain Development – Gain insight into global supply chain development, support the implementation of new processes and digital tools, and collaborate with international Supply Chain Management stakeholders.

QA Operations – Support quality management processes, help ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements, analyse quality data and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Product Management – Build an understanding of product lifecycle management and how customer requirements shape product priorities and decisions.

Your main tasks

• Take ownership of defined tasks and projects, with clear objectives for each rotation
• Work across Industrialization, Supply Chain, Quality and Product Management to identify operational challenges and develop practical, sustainable solutions
• Contribute to initiatives that optimise processes, strengthen quality and improve operational performance, including projects involving capacity expansion, production development and new manufacturing technologies
• Help implement new processes, procedures and digital solutions, collaborating with international, cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and sustainable business growth

Your profile

• Above-average Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Initial practical experience through internships, student projects or trainee programs is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills, with a structured, proactive and solution-oriented approach
• High learning agility, curiosity and willingness to take ownership across different operational functions
• Excellent command of English; German and/or additional languages are an advantage
• Willingness to work internationally and collaborate across cultures
