What to expect

• Technical and personnel leadership as well as further development of the Cyber Resilience Consulting team
• Shaping the technical direction, service portfolio, and sustainable growth of the Cyber Resilience Consulting division
• Responsibility for planning, controlling, and quality assurance of client projects and consulting mandates
• Taking on mandates as information security officer and strategic consulting of clients on information security, cyber resilience, and governance
• Leading and supporting projects in the areas of ISMS, information security risk management, SOC, BCM, and cyber security
• Conducting audits, assessments, and gap analyses according to common standards and frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST CSF, ICT minimum standard)
• Supporting clients in planning, procuring, and integrating security services as well as in the strategic development of their security organisation
• Coaching, promoting, and further developing your employees as well as actively building knowledge within the team

What you bring

• Several years of experience in information security, cyber security, or cyber resilience consulting
• Leadership experience as a team leader as well as in managing demanding client projects
• Sound knowledge in ISMS, risk management, governance, SOC, BCM, and relevant standards such as ISO 27001 or NIST
• Strong consulting, communication, and presentation skills at all technical and management levels
• Entrepreneurial thinking, high customer orientation, and enjoyment in developing employees and services
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
• Impeccable reputation (proof by criminal record and debt register extract)
