Chief Information Security Officer (m/f/d) 100%
Your tasks- Develop and implement the group-wide information security strategy as well as corresponding policies and standards
- Responsibility for cybersecurity risk management for 110 locations worldwide
- Manage security operations, vulnerability management as well as incident and crisis management
- Ensure the protection of sensitive information through modern security and data protection measures
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and internal company security requirements
- Integrate security by design in cloud, application, AI and transformation projects
- Lead the global security organisation and advise management on cybersecurity topics
Your profile
- Completed studies in cybersecurity, computer science, information technology or a comparable field
- Recognised security certification (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CRISC) and ideally additional training in risk management or IT governance
- Extensive experience in security architecture, identity & access management, network, cloud and application security
- Practical experience in building and operating SOC, SIEM and incident response processes
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, AWS or comparable cloud platforms
- Comprehensive know-how in governance, risk & compliance (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, GDPR)
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment
