Senior IT Project Manager Public/Tax (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF140,000 - 155,000Role:
In this role, you are responsible for the largest public sector clients. You will therefore lead complex and demanding customer projects in the area of software development and integration of tax solutions at clients. Additionally, establishing project organisation, leading project teams across multiple locations with local or nearshoring development teams, and thus very close collaboration with the client are among your core tasks.
Responsibilities:
Defining the necessary guidelines and tools for project execution, along the development approach and within company guidelines
Being responsible for and representing your project internally as well as in the client’s project committee
Evaluating necessary suppliers or third-party components and conducting negotiations together with central procurement
Qualifications:
University or university of applied sciences degree in computer science or a comparable qualification, as well as relevant professional experience including appropriate certification (e.g. HERMES, IPMA, PRINCE2)
At least 8 years of relevant (industry) experience as a project manager, ideally in software development in an agile environment
Sound knowledge of tax law and a good understanding of tax collection processes
HERMES Advanced certification
Knowledge of agile development methods as well as strong analytical and conceptual skills
German language skills demonstrably at level C1
