We are looking immediately or by arrangement for a Product Owner Digital Solutions for our locations in Spiez and Steffisburg.

How you make an impact

• Design, development and further enhancement of digital solutions including transition into operations
• Translation of business and specialist requirements into clear product requirements and actionable use cases
• Prioritisation and maintenance of the backlog as well as definition of the required data basis, data harmonisation and labelling
• Planning and moderation of workshops, sprint plannings, reviews and retrospectives. Management of external development partners as well as responsibility for budget and resources within the project mandate
• Empowering the specialist departments in dealing with digital solutions and automations

What makes you stand out

• You have a degree as a certified business informatics specialist HF or Bachelor of Science FH/Un
• You bring practical experience in the development and implementation of digital solutions or software
• You think consistently in processes and translate user needs into clear, prioritised product requirements
• You are familiar with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban and also take on classic project management tasks
• You communicate confidently with specialist departments, managers and external partners and can reduce complexity in an understandable way
• You work independently, with quality awareness and solution orientation and enjoy experimenting
• Experience with data harmonisation, data quality or collaboration with external development partners is a plus
