Project Management Road Maintenance (m/f/d)
- Project and construction management of maintenance and construction projects
- Representation of the client as well as control and coordination of external planning offices, specialists, and companies
- Preparation of tenders, support of award procedures, and ensuring complete project and final documentation
- Coordination and active shaping of cooperation with municipalities, specialist offices, authorities, and companies
- Responsibility for costs, deadlines, quality, and risks of the assigned projects
- Support of operational maintenance
- Completed studies as a civil engineer (FH/ETH), technician (TS/HF) in the field of civil engineering or a comparable qualification with solid experience
- Experience in project planning and construction management
- Independent, structured working style as well as strong communication skills
- Resilience and assertiveness
- Good IT user skills (MS Office) and driving licence category B
- Willingness to take on on-call duties
