Specialist with Case Management Vocational Integration 80 - 100 %

The Vocational Integration division accompanies people with disabilities on behalf of the Disability Insurance (IV) on their way back into working life. A team of psychologists and other specialists care for and support clients throughout the entire duration of an IV measure, whether it is vocational training, retraining, or introduction to a suitable workplace.

As a specialist with case management, you will accompany around 31 integration measures on behalf of the Disability Insurance. You coordinate the entire process and are the central contact person for referrers as well as for clients. You receive registrations, plan the measures, and document the case progress. In addition, you write reports for the IV and ensure the correct administrative processing. Your place of work is flexible across various areas of Vocational Integration (Elementary Assessment, Youth Support Course, Case Management, Job Placement).

• Training as a work educator, social pedagogue, or further training in case management or comparable qualification
• Experience working with people with disabilities as well as in case management, job placement and/or support
• Great flexibility, openness and proactivity (workplace and assignments change according to operational needs)
• Flexibility and resilience during seasonally high demand
• Good written communication skills for creating meaningful reports
• Very good German skills are required; good English and French skills are an advantage.
