WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU FOR
- Contact person (m/f/d) for employees and managers on personnel, organisational and labour law matters
- Ensuring professional and efficient personnel and payroll administration throughout the entire employee life cycle
- Continuous optimisation of HR processes
- Proactive involvement in the further development of the HR area as well as participation in the implementation of HR-specific projects
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING
- Commercial basic training as well as successfully completed further training as an HR specialist (m/f/d) with a federal diploma or comparable further training
- Several years of solid professional experience in a manufacturing company
- Confident and efficient handling of MS Office; good knowledge of SAP, SuccessFactors and time recording tools is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Proactive, pragmatic, solution-oriented and implementation-strong working style, flexibility and pronounced service orientation
- Open-minded HR personality with team player spirit and strong communication skills
