Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the reliable operation and maintenance of the IT infrastructure, both internally and in the hosting centre. This includes servers, storage, network, telephony, and clients.
When introducing new IT services, you take an active role from concept development to implementation in test and production systems.
With your expertise, you support internal and external customers remotely and partially on-site.
Within the team, you handle incident and change management up to escalation to 2nd level support.
Qualifications:
You have completed training in the IT field.
You also have solid knowledge of Microsoft systems (server & client) as well as virtualisation (VMware, Citrix).
You speak fluent German and hold a category B driving licence.
