Your area of responsibility

• Setting up, programming and operating CNC-controlled short and long turning machines
• Carrying out initial sample inspections
• Ensuring product quality through intermediate and final inspections
• Quality assurance of products
• Active participation in process optimisation and internal projects
• Co-responsibility for continuous improvements according to Lean principles
• Performing maintenance and preventive servicing on the equipment
• Ensuring smooth and trouble-free machine operation

Your profile

• Completed training as a polymechanic or precision mechanic
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable role within an internationally active industrial company
• Good knowledge of Lean management; structured application of corresponding methods is an advantage
• Team-oriented, innovative and independent working style as well as high reliability
• Strong technical understanding, great flexibility and high commitment
• Willingness to work in 2- to 3-shift operation as well as to take on on-call duties
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
