Polymechanic CNC Production 100%

Would you like to apply your technical know-how in an innovative production environment? In this varied role, you will support our team with a state-of-the-art machine park in production and the new manufacture of systems and injection moulding tools. In doing so, you make a decisive contribution to the smooth operation of our highly automated production facilities and their machine equipment – in regular daytime operation (no shift work).

WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE:

• Programming and manufacturing precise mould and fixture components on CNC milling machines using CAM systems
• Independent quality control by measuring and inspecting the manufactured components
• Contributing to and optimising manufacturing processes and workflows
• Collaboration with assembly for mould and fixture construction

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic EFZ, specialising in CNC production
• Ideally experience in a production company
• Experience with 5-axis CNC milling centres – this is a prerequisite
• Knowledge of Heidenhain controls is a great advantage
• Experienced professionals are expressly welcome
• An eye for detail and a precise, careful working style
• Enthusiasm for technical challenges and solution-oriented thinking
• Openness to flexible working and the ability to work independently and with initiative
• You appreciate stable processes, gladly take on responsibility and actively contribute your knowledge to the team
