Your area of responsibility
- Technical advice and support for our branches and specialist partners throughout Switzerland, our production sites and the field service
- Clarification of requirements with production sites and suppliers
- Technical support via telephone and e-mail
- Processing of quality and standard deviations in the system
- Recording of orders and offers
- Creation of internal documents and instructions
- Participation in internal projects (e.g. continuous improvement process etc.)
- Conducting personal consultations in the showroom
- Assistance with site visits and technical clarifications on site (construction expertise)
- Warranty checks for material returns
- Administrative handling of the repair process for our specialist partners

What you bring
- Completed vocational or technical basic training (EFZ)
- Very good knowledge of our products
- Mandatory and several years of assembly experience with sun and weather protection products (awnings)
- Good technical understanding
- Commercial training is an advantage
- Proficient user of the MS Office suite, ERP system
- Fluent in German, French or Italian is an advantage
- Willingness to undertake further training (e.g. learning languages)
- High service and solution orientation
- Polished communication style and healthy assertiveness
- Interest in our products
